Carole joined UNW in 2011, after 17 years working in the public sector appraising and monitoring government grants to businesses across a number of different programmes.
Carole managed UNW’s grant advisory service for 12 years, helping clients access grants as well as undertaking due diligence and appraisals on behalf of grant awarding bodies. Carole retired from UNW in 2024, however she continues to provide consultancy support to the grants team where her considerable experience and knowledge of public sector funding and subsidy control is invaluable. Carole has particular expertise in relation to the automotive sector and has worked extensively with automotive OEMs and the Tier 1 supply chain.
