Parm joined UNW in August 2024 as a Senior Employment Taxes Specialist, having previously worked in industry and at a senior level within practice at a Big 4 accountancy firm.
He is an experienced employment tax specialist with expertise in a broad range of areas including the engagement of off-payroll workers, termination payments, the construction industry scheme and international aspects.
Parm has a strong understanding of practical and commercial considerations and works with a wide range of clients in all sectors to develop the processes, controls and governance required to manage risk effectively.
