Louise joined UNW as a payroll supervisor in 2018 and was promoted to senior payroll supervisor in 2020.
Originally starting out in payroll in 2000 with DWP as part of a team processing government payrolls for circa 135,000 employees, she also worked on the policy and systems testing team, implementing any legislation changes and policy changes. She gained a CIPP qualification while working for DWP.
Louise then worked for Balfour Beatty for 3 years working with construction and rail payrolls before moving to UNW.
At UNW she works on some of our larger clients (up to 700 employees) and beneficiary and bonus payrolls (varying between 40 and 5,500 employees per month).
