What makes UNW a great place to work?
When we ask our team members what makes UNW a great place to work, time and time again they say it’s the people that they work with.
Supportive, friendly, progressive, flexible, inclusive, welcoming, approachable, ambitious, caring and fun are just some of the words they use to describe UNW’s culture.
And it’s that unique culture, built on hard work and a commitment to providing the very best service to our clients that sets us apart from others and attracts some of the brightest and most experienced talent to UNW.
Based in the very heart of Newcastle city centre, we are committed to creating a thriving environment in which everyone feels valued and proud of their work. No gimmicks, just strong support and genuine opportunities to develop.
We are currently creating career opportunities across all areas of our business – Audit & Assurance, Tax, Corporate Finance and Accounting Services – at all levels, so if you are looking for a change from the norm, then please view our current vacancies here or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Slice of the action for over 20 new graduates and apprentices
An afternoon of pizza making and team building, welcoming new graduates and apprentices at UNW.
Everyone is made to feel like a valued member of the team and I think that is something that defines and separates UNW from other firms.
From the tailored approach to development in the team, to the variety of and real interest in great clients, it strikes me as a place where I can grow, enjoy the working week, make friends and have real job satisfaction.
If you are willing to work hard and are good at what you do, you’ll get to where you want to be here
