Michael joined UNW in 2012 and has over 10 years’ of experience working in Corporate Finance.
He has experience across all aspects of advisory services, including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, finance raising, re-financing, financial modelling and due diligence. He has worked with businesses at every stage of their life-cycle, advising early-stage startups on fundraising through to strategic advice and acquisition advice for PLCs. Some of his recent sector experience includes working in the healthcare, technology, retail and dental markets.
