Danny joined UNW’s Corporate Finance team in February 2024 as a due diligence specialist following over 10 years at Mazars.
Prior to joining UNW, Danny qualified with Mazars and was part of the London-based Due Diligence team. Danny relocated to Newcastle in 2019 and continued to advise on national and cross-border deals. Danny studied Economics and Philosophy at Cardiff University.
Danny has significant experience of leading both buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments, advising on SPAs, limited scope due diligence and deal completion mechanisms (including locked box negotiations). Having advised on over 60 transactions, Danny has worked across a wide array of sectors and deal sizes on transactions involving owner-managed businesses, PE-backed SMEs, and large & listed entities.
