Nick joined UNW in December 2022 as Corporate Finance Partner following 12 years at KPMG in Newcastle upon Tyne.
A native of the North East, Nick attended school in Newcastle before studying Economics at the University of Leeds. He joined KPMG in 2010, initially training in the audit department before moving into corporate finance 3 years later.
Nick has worked nationally with a variety of businesses in the technology media and telecoms, leisure, retail and wholesale, business services and healthcare sectors, specialising in private equity transactions and gaining significant experience in strategic decision making, finance raising and all aspects of mergers & acquisitions.
