UNW provided a full scope of services to Aspire Technology Solutions Limited (‘Aspire’) in relation to its acquisition of Cloud Cover IT Services (‘Cloud Cover’), which was the company’s first transaction since receiving growth investment from LDC in March 2022. The services provided by UNW included corporate finance lead advisory, full scope financial and tax due diligence along with corporate tax advice in relation to the transaction structure.
The UNW Corporate Finance Team led the transaction from start to finish, working closely with Aspire’s management team and the appointed buy-side lawyers.
