With over 10 years of experience in HR across diverse sectors including retail, care homes, and theatre, she has developed a deep understanding of the people side of HR and the impact it has on organisational success.
Paula enjoys all aspects of HR, from employee relations and recruitment to policy development and compliance. Her main focus is on fostering a positive people and culture environment, ensuring that teams feel supported, engaged, and empowered to thrive.
