A great place to start – and grow.
Joining UNW isn’t just about the work. It’s about the people you meet, the support you get, and the opportunities that come your way.
Here’s what you can expect:
Plenty of time to recharge.
You’ll get 31 days’ holiday each year – that includes your standard allowance, all the usual bank holidays, and three extra days off over Christmas.
More time off when you need it.
Want a bit more flexibility? You can buy extra holiday days each year – and you’ll gain even more the longer you’re with us.
Support while you train.
We’ll cover all your qualification costs and pay your annual professional subscription. You’ll also get one-to-one support from our experienced team.
A sociable team that actually does stuff.
From quizzes to pizza nights, our Sports & Social Club runs free events all year round.
We also host a fully paid-for Christmas meal, summer party, and firm-wide day out – plus monthly payday lunches, subsidised by UNW.
Your wellbeing matters.
You’ll have access to enhanced sick pay, discounted private medical care, free eye tests, flu vouchers, and a 24/7 support helpline.
You can also tap into a wellbeing platform with recipes, podcasts, and fitness content – plus support from our employee-led wellbeing committee.
Help with getting to work.
We offer interest-free season ticket loans and a Cycle to Work scheme.
Planning for your future.
Our pension scheme matches your contributions up to 5%, and you’ll get life assurance at three times your salary from your first day.
Discounts on your favourite brands.
You’ll get access to a discount app with offers at hundreds of top retailers, restaurants, and travel companies.
Give back through volunteering.
Everyone gets paid time off to take part in volunteering days with our nominated Charity of the Year.
