Audit is a great fit if you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and understanding how things work. We don’t expect you to know everything from the start – what matters is having a growth mindset: being curious, open to learning, and ready to get stuck in.
You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and able to communicate clearly. And because audit involves working closely with clients, a sense of professionalism and the ability to build strong working relationships is important too.
You don’t need a degree in accounting or finance to apply. We welcome graduates from all kinds of disciplines – whether you’ve studied maths, history, engineering, languages or something else entirely. What matters most is how you think, work with others, and approach new challenges.
