Join us to hear from Everyturn, a leading mental health charity based in the North East, on how they have taken a bullet point in a strategic plan – to get to net zero by 2030 – and are turning it into meaningful action and organisational change.
Recognising that sustainability was not just a tick box necessity for the organisation but was fundamental to their charitable purpose and beneficiary wellbeing has meant that the agenda is being built in across all aspects of their operations and is not just seen as a data collecting or reporting requirement.
Whether you are part way through the journey (like them) or just at the very start, their story will give some food for thought for organisations of all sizes and illustrate some useful tips and tools they have discovered or created along the way. They will share the good and the bad, including mistakes made and lessons learned. This will be an interactive session, and participants will be encouraged to share their motivations for attending the event.
