Jonathan joined UNW’s Corporate Finance team in January 2023, where he went on to sit his final ACA exam in August 2023 and subsequently qualify as a chartered accountant.
Before joining UNW, he was part of KPMG’s apprenticeship scheme, where he completed all levels of the AAT qualification and began studying for his ACA. At KPMG, he was involved in auditing large privately owned and publicly listed companies across a broad range of sectors.
At UNW, Jonathan works across both the Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) functions. He advises businesses – primarily owner-managed or PE-backed – and investors on mid-market transactions and business valuations. He is involved throughout the deal cycle, from preparing businesses for sale to conducting buy-side due diligence and supporting successful completions.
His experience to date spans a wide range of sectors, including professional services, IT, manufacturing, business services, recruitment, healthcare, and more.
