Stephen joined UNW in October 2025 as a Senior Manager specialising in due diligence following eight years at Deloitte.
He began his career in Audit, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before transitioning to Transaction Services. During his time at Deloitte, Stephen developed his expertise in Financial Due Diligence, working on a diverse range of engagements across both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including vendor assist and refinancing projects.
Stephen has advised clients across a broad spectrum of sectors and deal sizes, delivering insightful and pragmatic support throughout the due diligence process. At UNW, he is a key member of the due diligence team, providing strategic advice to clients as they navigate complex transactions.
