Chris joined UNW in February 2023 as a Corporate Finance Manager, following 5 years at NVM Private Equity in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Originally from the North West, Chris has lived in Newcastle for over 10 years, studying Economics at the University of Newcastle and then joining PwC in their audit department. After qualifying as a chartered accountant he moved to NVM Private Equity LLP, a regional focused private equity manager, where he worked on all things finance along with deal-assist and portfolio company management.
At UNW, Chris works with a wide range of companies to assist with transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and finance raising, along with due diligence & financial modelling.
