In January 2024, UPA (UK), part of CA Group Ltd, acquired fall-arrest solutions business Airtek Safety Netting Services (‘Airtek’).
CA Group is an employee-owned, £120m turnover business based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. Growth to date has been fully organic, with this transaction being CA Group’s first acquisition, providing supply-chain security for a large business in the region and expanding its geographical presence.
UNW provided unique acquisition support on both the move to employee ownership and the acquisition of Airtek Safety Netting Services.
